Kanaki villa has ground floor interiors (80m2) wich exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm. Entering the villa you will find a clean appeal living-cum area with a Smart 60’TV, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing culinary wonders and a dinning area for togetherness time with loved ones. Designed with relaxation in mind, the villa boasts 2 bedrooms  each flaunting a distinctive look and feel and also featuring en-suite bathrooms with walk in shower. They are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night’s sleep after the day’s busy adventures. All bedrooms are fully equipped with beds (High Quality natural mattresses and premium linen), fitted wardrobes, wonderful settings and include air conditioning. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms, and one more guests can sleep at a folding bed (regular mattress) that can be placed in the twin bedroom upon request.

Ensconced within a 250m2 outdoor space, this villa complete with 30m2 outdoor pool with 1.45depth, and wonderful grounds has been designed with ideal holidays for families or friends in mind. The pool terrace is equipped with  sun beds so you can relax all day long cherishing Cretan Summer! Enjoy your cooked suppers at the outdoor dining area with BBQ (gas) facilities, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over.

The building has been completed in 2022, with quality architectural supervision, so that the space is functional,with respect for both the environment and visitors: low pollution devices , sound insulation and thermal insulation, selection of mainly natural materials suchas wood and iron used in the construciton, quality house hold items a true love and passion for its creation. A space that creates images that come to life through human experiences..

Practicalities

There is secure parking space inside the Villa’s premises for up to one car more cars can be parked also outside.

Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access inside and outside the Villa! No shared areas! No stairs!

Pool heating policy

The pool can be heated March-May, June, September, October-November and the days with outside temperature less than 25oC The pool needs one day prior notice before the arrival, to reach 26o C and the cost is 60 euros per day. The pool should be heated for the entire stay. Prior notice is required. Water temperature can reach up to 26o C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature. In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the heated pool.
